SALON POLICIES

– Appointments: Appointments are recommended. Please arrive on time to ensure the best service.

– Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or receive a shortened service.

– Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

– No-Show Policy: A deposit will be required for all future appointments after a no-show. After 2 no-shows, Adore Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse future service.

– Specific Requests: If you have any specific requests, please let us know in advance so we can properly prepare for your appointment.

– Nail Designs: If you would like a specific nail design, please email a photo or reference to adorenatick@gmail.com prior to your appointment.

– No Refunds: All services are final sale. No refunds will be provided.

– Service Warranty: We offer a warranty on service-related issues (please contact us as soon as possible within your applicable warranty period):

+ Regular Polish: 2-day warranty

+ Dazzle Dry Polish: 5-day warranty

+ Gel: 7-day warranty

+ Hard Gel / Gel-X / Dual Form / Dip Manicure: 10-day warranty

– Right to Refuse Service: Adore Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including situations involving inappropriate, disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

– Health & Safety: For everyone’s safety, please inform us of any allergies, infections, or conditions affecting your nails or skin before your service begins.

– Payments: Prices may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, or additional work required.
